Players in draft clarification

The original list that FT sent around was solely a list of the players that Scott removed from the teams.

There were also a nearly equal number of FA's generated by the game that were about as good as the players removed from teams. The complete list of players removed from teams AND initial FA's is here: http://www.hostboard.com/cgi-bin/ult...ic/f/8994/t/71

Then, in the time between generating that list and the start of the draft, a number of new players were generated by the system. That list is here: http://www.hostboard.com/cgi-bin/ult...ic/f/8994/t/94

Until pick 112 no one had taken anyone not available at the start of the draft, however Tengu just drafted Darrel Perez.

Since the draft started, the system has generated some additional FA's, most of whom aren't very good, but there are a couple who people might draft in the 4th round if we permit them to. Here is a list of those players:

To be clear: No one should draft these players unless the league agrees that they can be drafted. I don't know what should be done about Tengu's pick.

first off the new players created and added to the FA list before we started drafting was done by scott not the game itself

second none of those players are better than a 4th round pick and most arnt worth picking at all

The initial FA list may have been made by Scott, but the people on this list http://www.hostboard.com/cgi-bin/ult...ic/f/8994/t/71 popped up in ones and twos over time. They appear to have been added through the regular random FA generation method of the game.

that was merely a deterent from people picking anyone that had been released in the case that soneone had been .... however they werent and it was a null and void comment

i wasnt aware players were being created and if i had of known that one had and he wished to draft him and this player was not over skilled for the draft round then i would have had no objections

I don't think the player in question is "too good" to be a fourth round pick. But it does seem a unfair that other people (such as bondy and someone else whom i can't remember) asked if they could pick someone that wasn't on the original lists and the general consensus was that they couldn't, so they didn't.

I'm not saying anyone will do it, but now there's the incentive for those guys drafting the last 10 picks to hold off on their pick until after the league has been updated just in case someone comes on the FA list who they like the look of.
